Domestic: We ship USPS First Class with Tracking (+ insurance on purchases totaling over $100). Please allow between 2-4 days from the time of shipping for your purchase to arrive. If you would like your order sooner, please contact us and we'll do our best to work it out.
Please allow anywhere from 3-5 days for the fabrication of your piece. Currently, all items available in the shop are in stock. If interested in a special order of 14k yellow gold plated, or rose gold plated pieces, please allow for an extra two weeks processing time. As of January 2017 we began working with a new plating company whose quality is top notch. That being said, more time and attention is paid and a heavier gold plating method being used, therefore the lead time and cost must be adjusted accordingly. You are now receiving the very best we can give you as a result. It just comes with a little patience on everyones part. If you would like your order rushed or would like to have a better sense of expected delivery, please leave us a "note to seller" and we will do our best to accommodate and provide clarity.
International: We are happy to ship internationally. Please write to us at email@example.com for more information.

Some of us (we've all been there) can be a little rough on our jewels and accidents happen. We are happy to assist in any repair your jewelry piece might require over the course of its lifetime. Please email us at email@example.com, subject "Repair" to further discuss. If at all possible, attach a descriptive photo so we might serve you best.
Plating and Replating
As of January 2017, we began working with a new plating company that can provide a much more durable product then our prior arrangement. Each 14k yellow or rose gold piece received a 2-2.5 micron treatment. This is comparable to vermeil, and the next best thing to solid gold in the jewelry world. As a result, our pieces will remain beautiful and lustrous for many years regardless of wear. It is always advised however to avoid prolonged contact with water (showering/washing hands) while wearing treated jewelry. To polish, use a soft micro fiber cloth on your plated pieces. Do not use any type of chemically treated cloth or solution as you risk removing the plating on the piece. If you have any additional questions about our plated jewelry or plating in general, please feel free to write us: firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you!
